3.2. How to print your documents - Mac

Follow the normal process for printing a document but make sure you’re using SPCS - Black & White or SPCS - Color as your printer. You should set this as your default printer in System Settings by clicking on the printer in your list of printers, then clicking on the gray Set Default Printer button. Click the blue Done button to finish up. Your document will print single-sided by default.

When you print a document it will be sent to the print queue and wait there for you to release the print job at the Canon MFP of your choice in any building. Follow the steps below to release your print job:

  1. Log in at any Canon MFP in the district.
  2. Once logged in, tap the Print Release icon to view a list of jobs in your print queue.
  3. Tap the job(s) you wish to print to select them, then tap the Print button in the lower right corner of the screen. The document(s) will disappear from your queue and print.
  4. Log out of the system when you're done.
