Canon Multifunction Printers (MFPs)

1. About our Canon MFPs

1.1. General Information

All users will now print to a queue instead of a physical printer. The print queue will appear just like a printer and is named SPCS - Black & White or SPCS - Color. This has been pushed out to all staff Mac computers via our new Mosyle MDM. You should see this in your list of printers in System Settings>Printers & Scanners. Please take a minute to verify that the new print queue is present now before you need it.

If you do not see SPCS - Black & White or SPCS - Color launch the Mosyle Manager app, click on My Printers, then click the blue Install Now button. If you don’t see SPCS - Black & White or SPCS - Color in Mosyle Self Service either,  please send an appropriate message to helpdesk@spcsne.org.

All district-owned HP printers connected to our network have been removed, or will be soon. You should delete every one of these printers installed on your computer to avoid any confusion. Click on a printer in the list of installed printers then click the Remove Printer button. The only district printers left in your list of printers should be SPCS - Black & White or SPCS - Color.
